On your first day, you will visit Cape Tribulation in a 4WD.
Perfect for exploring the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest. You will learn about the history, flora and fauna of The Daintree Rainforest from your experienced environmental Driver/Guide.

It is a must to cross the Daintree River which takes you across the river into the heart of the “Wet Tropics Rainforest”.

On your second day we welcome on board Reef Experience, Cairns’ only ALL inclusive Great Barrier Reef Cruise with a FREE scuba dive.
Two pristine Outer Great Barrier Reef locations are visited daily for optimal diving and snorkelling.

A luxury high-speed catamaran gets you to the Reef fast; this tour guarantees the most time at each beautiful great barrier reef destination.

Last but not least, on day 3, you will explore the Atherton Tablelands & Paronella Park.
Travelling in air-conditioned comfort with local naturalist guides. Visiting the fantastic North Queensland Atherton Tablelands with waterfalls and Paronella Park all in one day!

This is a very scenic tour, where you will finish the day with a relaxing swim and afternoon tea at Babinda Boulders.

Day 1 your 4WD Cape Tribulation Adventure

Explore the exceptional biodiversity, and ancient history of the UNESCO listed Cape Tribulation and Daintree National Parks with this Cape Tribulation, Daintree and Mossman Gorge Multilingual tour.

This Cape Tribulation tour operates with a GPS activated Audio Commentary system.   The system is completely portable and wireless and is GPS triggered.

Commentary delivered with both sound effects and music.  You can bring along your headsets or purchase some on the day at an extra cost.  Languages include Japanese, German, French, Italian, Chinese and Spanish.

Cape Tribulation for a walk on this world-renowned rainforest beach where the rainforest meetings the reef

15:15    Mossman Gorge Centre where you will visit the Gateway centre and enjoy an Indigenous Presentation by the local Kuku Yalanji people.  You will then have the opportunity to walk in the rainforest along Mossman Gorge with your guide sharing his knowledge

Day 2 – Reef Experience

Visiting one of the seven wonders of the world, the UNESCO listed Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

Reef Experience Itinerary

  • 07:30 – Board Reef Experience vessel at the Marlin Jetty, Cairns
  • 08:00 – Departure Marlin Jetty for the trip to the Outer Great Barrier Reef
  • 08:30 – BBQ Bacon & Egg Rolls served on the way out to the Outer Reef a detailed dive & snorkelling briefing will be given
  • 09:30 – Arrive at our first spectacular reef site, snorkel & dive with thousands of vivid tropical fish, giant clams plus more
  • 10:30 – Glass Bottom Boat tour
  • 12:30 – Lunch
  • 13:00 – Cruise to our second location to explore forests of coral, large sea fans & black coral trees in its shallow lagoons

Important Information for Scuba Diving

We have a passion for showing you Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, so please make sure you understand the scuba diving laws.

Queensland, Australia has some of the strictest scuba diving rules in the world but also the safest scuba diving record.

The Queensland Government Code of Practice regulates us and comply with all rules, including medical as is the law.

To avoid disappointment on your day of travel, we strongly recommend that all of our passengers complete our dive medical questionnaire.


Some medical conditions, age and medications may prevent you from scuba diving.

It is always our mission to provide our passengers with the very best Great Barrier Reef experience.

Flying after Scuba Diving

For a single no-decompression scuba dive, you should not fly or go to altitude for at least 18 hours after a scuba dive.

For multiple dives, you should not fly for 24 hours after your last dive. If Skydiving or Hot Air Ballooning you must wait 24 hours after your dive. We recommend waiting a minimum of 24 hours whenever possible

DAY 3 – Rainforest, Waterfalls & Paronella Park

Keep your eyes peeled for the elusive tree kangaroo at the Giant Curtain Fig Tree.

Forest, falls & Park Itinerary

  • The pickup is between 7.15am – 7.45am depending on where you are staying. We arrive back to Cairns City between 6:00 – 6:30 pm.
  • Departure from Cairns to travel the Gillies Highway climbing 730 metres above sea level into the amazing Atherton Tablelands.
  • Beautiful Lake Barrine Crater Lake National Park enjoy delicious freshly baked scones with jam & cream accompanied by locally grown & freshly brewed Tea and coffee (unlimited cup refills).
  • Then we depart on a 40 minute guided wildlife cruise on the lake.
  • Travel through great beef, dairy, sugar cane & other diverse types of farming areas & small villages.
  • Next stop is The Curtain Fig Tree, a fantastic feat of nature reaching 45+ metres up into the tropical rainforest canopy. Plenty of time for photographs of the 600-800-year-old epiphyte.
  • Millaa Millaa Falls – shower under the waterfall and swim
  • We then descend from the Tablelands down the Palmerston Highway through sugar cane & banana fields to the coastal town of Innisfail. On arrival, we begin our delicious Lunch at Roscoe’s all you can eat Hot Buffet.
  • Paronella Park is the next destination with a 45 minute guided tour in English, Chinese or Japanese of the extensive National Trust Gardens.
  • We spend approximately one and a half to two hours here. If passengers require more time, please feel free to approach your driver to arrange for this.
  • Learn of Hosea Paronella’s incredible achievements & history of how he built his Spanish Castle in the rainforest.
  • After a quick stop at a local banana farm where you can purchase cheap bananas, papaya & homegrown, homemade chocolate, we continue northbound to the small town of Babinda.
  • Babinda Boulders in the Wooroonooran National Park. Aboriginal myth. Learn the legend of Oolana.
  • There is time for a walk to the bottom of the Boulders, a swim in the fresh mountain water and light afternoon refreshments.
  • From there, it is approx. A 50-60 minute drives back to the city of Cairns & return to your accommodation.
